Here comes the SUN(catchers) Hosting Package

We're so excited to announce our April craft party package! Our Here Comes the SUN(catchers) package will be curated based on the specific vibes you request, but all packages will be colorful and include all supplies & instructions to make your own beaded suncatcher.

What kind of suncatcher will we make?

Well that ultimately depends on you! The spiral suncatcher in the flyer is a bit involved for beginner crafters to figure out on their own, but there are tons of other beaded suncatcher shapes we can choose from. When you book the package we will reach out & chat with you about your time constraints, guest size, & the crafting experience of your guests. We'll then suggest some suncatcher options. We get most of our supplies second hand so we may have enough supplies for a specific suncatcher for 4 people that we wouldn't be able to do for a class. We will agree on a style with you & will give you instructions & all supplies for that suncatcher shape. 

What to expect:

Packages are $45 a person which includes a place setting & enough craft supplies for each person, serveware for your planned meal, linens, decor for your table, a handmade garland to match your specific theme, delivery, set up, pick up, & we'll wash all dishware and linens after pick up.

To book the package add it to your "wishlist", go to your cart and click "submit for proposal", type up a quick description of what you're thinking for your party, and submit! Please let us know your expected guest count when you "submit your proposal". 

Just starting your planning and need help figuring out the details? No worries! We will reach out to you when we get your submission and will gather any extra information we need to curate your package. We're also happy to help iron out the exact theme and details for your craft.

When we have a final guest count and plan for your package we'll send a contract to seal the deal. We require a 50% retainer when your sign your contract. This holds your date, craft supplies, and helps us buy any items we don't already have. The rest of the fee is due the day of the event. Tax is not included in the $45/person & will be added onto the total.

Let us know what food and drinks you're planning and we'll pick the appropriate tableware for your whole menu!

This craft package is designed to take beads we've thrifted, had stashed in our craftroom, & picked up from market place then turn them into a joyous suncatcher. We could all use more sunshine & rainbows- gather your friends to bring them in together!

We'll top it all off with matching decor & a custom handmade garland that matches your theme! 

Delivery to your party site, set up, & pick up are included in the package price. Please don't wash our items- just give the dishes a quick rinse and put them in the provided tote or leave them for us to pack up when we pick up. We will pick up all items after your event and will then wash all dishes, linens, and totes ourselves.
